      The collection of information

These details will not be made available to companies or individuals outside of THE CARYLS. These details will be kept no longer than necessary and deleted thereafter. You have the right to ask us for any data that we hold about you.

      We do not use tracking in emails that we send. All the information given and received by email is regarded as confidential and will not be shared. Emails are stored on a highly secure system.

      Photography

      Most of the work that we undertake involves a contract to which both parties contribute and agree upon. We undertake to store images taken of you in a secure manner. We will use some of our commissioned work as part of our photographic portfolio and promotional material. We will display certain images on this website, or the Instagram account associated with this site. However, as we expect to get to know our clients, we only share images that we know you will be happy with, and will not share those of a more sensitive nature without first asking.
